A stunning contemporary kitchen designed and installed by In-toto Cheltenham
has featured on the first programme of the new series of Grand Designs on Channel
4.
Once a children's home in an almost derelict state, the Bridge's Victorian house
has been given a new lease of life. Rob designed a super-long 3.5m x 1m island
with banks of wall units at oppostie ends to maximise the use of the wide, but
shallow space and positioned to provide great views.
Some houses can, by virtue of design, be very deceiving. Stephanie and Paul Brown's
Horsley home is one such example. From the outside it is typically late 1930s
in style, but inside, an open space acts as a hallway and the entrance to a large
split-level contemporary living room and kitchen with panoramic views.
